All our coffee is roasted locally, our Master Roaster is a perfectionist, a real coffee aficionado and specialist, he uses his mastery of roasting and skill of balancing and obtaining the best flavours from the speciality beans we use, also blending beans from unique origins adding new flavours together to create a unique taste for our Prestige Range. We choose and purchase our coffee beans directly from the farmer and then roast to perfection using specialist roasting techniques, ultilising different partner roasteries when required allowing us to obtain the best technology and roasting techniues available to get the highest standard of roast quality and ultimate taste we require from our beans, guaranteeing you high quality coffee far above others.
